Support and privacy
How do I report a bug?
Include the tool name, browser and operating system, steps to reproduce, and expected versus actual output. Use a small synthetic example; do not send passwords, API keys, private tokens, customer records or confidential code.
Where is my data processed?
Core tool transformations run in your browser. Optional AI assistance sends the selected snippet to an inference provider after consent. The contact form sends your name, email and message to our email provider; WhatsApp opens an external chat service.
What happens after I submit the form?
A success message means the email provider accepted the request, not that inbox delivery is confirmed. If delivery fails, download the email draft and send it through your email app. You can also use the direct email or WhatsApp link.
When will I receive a reply?
Support is handled personally. Response time depends on availability; no guaranteed response deadline or enterprise SLA is offered on this page.
How do I report a security concern?
Email the support address with a concise description and reproduction steps using non-sensitive sample data. Do not publish credentials or personal information in a public issue. This page does not promise a paid bounty or certified regulatory compliance.
Do tools work offline?
Many core tools can work after their assets have been cached. Offline availability depends on browser storage and the pages previously loaded. AI help, contact delivery and external chat require an internet connection.
Can enterprises self-host DevOmniTools on internal air-gapped networks?
Yes. Because DevOmniTools is compiled to pure static HTML, JavaScript, and WebAssembly bundles with zero external database dependencies or telemetry endpoints, engineering teams can host the build output behind corporate firewalls, air-gapped SCIF facilities, and private intranet clusters with total data sovereignty compliance.
How can developers submit new tool proposals or algorithm improvements?
We welcome RFC-backed utility suggestions. When submitting proposals for new cryptographic tools, data format serializers, or developer validators, please reference the corresponding official specification (e.g. IETF RFC, W3C Recommendation, or IEEE standard) along with test vectors to ensure deterministic test-driven implementation.
What cryptographic standards govern the in-browser security tools?
All cryptographic implementations strictly adhere to established specifications including RFC 7519 (JWT claims), RFC 5280 (X.509 PKI certificate parsing), RFC 9562 (UUID v7 time-ordered tokens), and NIST SP 800-63B guidelines. Cryptographic operations utilize the hardware-accelerated W3C Web Cryptography API backed by operating system entropy pools.
How does DevOmniTools handle responsible vulnerability disclosures?
Security disclosures follow RFC 9116 security.txt recommendations. Disclosures sent to our security contact are triaged within 48 business hours. We review client-side sandbox boundaries, parser ReDoS resiliency, and CSP enforcement, deploying atomic patches directly to our production Cloudflare Pages continuous deployment pipeline.
Technical Inquiry & Enterprise Integration Framework
DevOmniTools serves software engineers, DevOps specialists, and security researchers who require client-side execution guarantees. When submitting technical queries regarding cryptographic implementations, deterministic format parsing, or offline air-gapped deployments, our engineering team references established open standards (IETF RFCs, W3C Recommendations, and NIST Special Publications). For enterprise architectural assessments, vendor risk management questionnaires, or automated CI/CD integration guides, please specify your compliance framework requirements in your correspondence.
